Diploma Retrieval/Lending Mechanism
Graduates who are entitled to receive a diploma are those who have participated in the Online and Offline Graduation Procession in the current period.
Graduates fill in Proof of Diploma Loan Form that have been provided (Made in duplicate). (click here)
Graduates fill in Statement Letter to Take Diplomas that have been provided as well (Made in duplicate). (click here)
If graduates cannot take it themselves, they can be represented by making one power of attorney and signed by both parties.
